115 Fighter Wing - Construct Alert GOV Parking

The 115th Fighter Wing is seeking a contractor to construct an Alert Government-Owned Vehicle (GOV) Parking facility in support of the F-35 Alert Mission. The project includes the construction of two new parking shelters, foundations, cold-formed steel framing, metal panel roof and walls, EIFS insulation, power distribution, interior/exterior lighting, and automated controls. The contractor will also be responsible for relocating a storm drain inlet, replacing site asphalt pavement, and demolishing three temporary structures.
