Budget estimate

$500,000 – $900,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be around $693,312, which is the total available county levy funding for the program. The actual budget may vary depending on the proposed pricing and the number of client-days of care delivered. The contract will be paid on an expense reimbursement basis, and the total contract payment will be related to actual utilization. The vendor's proposed breakdown of program costs and personnel will be evaluated, and the pricing proposal will reflect the vendor's response relative to what is being purchased by Dane County through this RFP. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of beds, the level of care, and the duration of stays. The program's ability to meet the requirements and deliver high-quality services will also impact the budget.
