RFI Event - Project Program Management Support Services

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), Division of Health Benefits (DHB), is seeking information from potential vendors who can provide comprehensive project and program management support services. The services include strategic planning, portfolio management, risk management, governance, configuration control, and data analysis. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from potential vendors, obtain a rough order of magnitude estimate for the annual costs of supporting a program of the scope and size of NC Medicaid, and obtain information related to the type and number of resources required to support a program of the scope and size of NC Medicaid. • The RFI is seeking information on the vendor's experience in providing support services similar in size and scope to those of NC Medicaid. • The vendor should provide an overview of their company history, scope of services offered, and locations of operation. • The vendor should provide detailed information regarding their experience with services provided in areas such as business requirements management, program coordination and integration, issue and risk identification and resolution, budget development and coordination, and program governance management. • The vendor should provide estimated annual costs to procure the project/program management support services for an organization of similar size and scope as NC Medicaid.
