The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks expressions of interest from qualified lessors to provide approximately 15,000 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) square feet of office/medical space and 100 surface parking spaces for a new outpatient clinic in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The VA will consider fully‑serviced leases (up to 20 years) that meet a detailed set of site, utility, safety, and adjacency requirements, and will evaluate potential set‑aside eligibility for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned or Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses.
