Williston State College Food Service Contractor

The University of North Dakota, on behalf of Williston State College, is seeking a qualified contractor to operate and manage all food‑service operations on the Williston State College campus. The contractor will be responsible for running dining facilities, providing meal‑plan services, ensuring compliance with nutrition and safety standards, managing staff, handling procurement of food and supplies, and maintaining financial performance of the operation. • Operate campus cafeterias, snack bars, and any auxiliary dining venues. • Develop and manage menu planning, nutrition compliance, and meal‑plan administration for students and staff. • Provide full staffing, training, inventory control, and vendor management for food‑service operations. • Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met (e.g., ND health codes, USDA guidelines). • Deliver regular financial reporting and maintain cost‑effective operations while meeting service quality expectations.
