BRAND NAME AGILENT OPENLAB CDS AND ECM SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

The FDA is seeking a service contract to maintain Agilent OpenLab CDS and ECM software. The contract will include installation and maintenance of the software at two locations: Saint Louis and White Oak Labs. The contractor will provide all items listed in the solicitation, including IQ/OQ reports in electronic form. The contract will be for a period of one year, from September 11, 2026, to September 10, 2027. • The contractor must provide all items listed in the solicitation, including IQ/OQ reports in electronic form. • The contractor must ensure that the software is updated and all reported problems are properly addressed. • The contractor must provide a completed Section 508 Product Accessibility Template (PAT) with their quotation. • The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer, authorized reseller, and/or servicing agent of the software manufacturer.
