HVAC Air Filter Replacement

Mississippi State University is seeking a vendor to replace and install air filters across its main campus. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to replace all air filters. The vendor will be required to replace filters in each building listed in the RFP document, with replacements occurring four times per year. The vendor must also provide a dated receipt or ticket indicating which filters were replaced at what location, as well as a quarterly report indicating when all filters have been changed. Some key points to consider: • Replacement and installation of each filter in each of the buildings listed below 1 time each quarter • Removal and disposal of old filters, including any costs associated with same • Providing their own storage area for filters, as storage of filters on MSU’s campus will not be allowed • Deliverables, including a dated receipt or ticket and a quarterly report, must be provided upon completion • Review and quality assurance, including inspections and operational testing by MSU HVAC employees, will be conducted
