Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide portable toilets and pumping out of vault toilets for various locations throughout District 5. The contract will be for a period of approximately 26 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing regular standard size and handicap accessible portable toilets, weekly cleaning, and servicing of units. The contractor must also provide additional cleanings and holiday or weekend trip charges as requested.
• The contract will cover various locations in District 5, including counties in Areas 1-5.
• The contractor must provide an initial quote for shipping to exact destinations within District 5 before the order is placed.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws.
• The contractor must provide proof of tax clearance and comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination.
