Description
Union County, North Carolina is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Building Commissioning Services for various projects on an as-needed basis. The selected firm(s) will provide work on an as-needed basis upon assignment by Union County. The scope of services includes traditional building commissioning services, general engineering and consulting services, design review and consultation, and other authorized special services. The County will evaluate the qualifications of the selected firms relative to the specific project and will initiate negotiations with the firm determined to be the most qualified for that project.
