Janitorial Services for KY State Treasurer

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Kentucky State Treasurer. The services will be provided at the West Frankfort Office Complex, located at 1050 US Hwy 127 South, Suite 100, Frankfort, KY. The facility is approximately 18,480 square feet, but only approximately 14,000 square feet is to be cleaned. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 PM through 10:00 PM. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies, as well as maintaining a clean and organized janitorial closet. Some key services to be provided include: * Daily cleaning of entrance/exit areas, vestibules, visitor areas, and parking areas * Daily cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings * Daily cleaning of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers * Daily emptying of trash and replacement of liners * Weekly cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings * Monthly cleaning of carpets and furniture * Quarterly cleaning of windows and window sills * Semi-annual deep cleaning of the facility
