A/V Products: Sales, Service, Rental

The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide audio-visual products and related services for sale and/or rental to state agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. The contractor will be responsible for installing and servicing the products. The contract is divided into three categories: Audio-Visual Product Sales, Audio-Visual Product Services, and Audio-Visual Rental. The contractor must provide a written response, including specifications, qualifications, and experience, as well as a cost proposal. The state reserves the right to negotiate with the highest scoring responder and to award the contract to a single responder or multiple responders. • The contract term is anticipated to be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000,000.00 to $12,000,000.00 for audio-visual product sales, installation, and services, and $30,000.00 to $60,000.00 for audio-visual rentals. • The state is committed to diversity and inclusion in its public procurement process and encourages responses from minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and disability-owned businesses.
