Description
Rowan University is establishing an on‑call, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity contract to provide comprehensive furniture services across its multiple campuses. The university will call on the selected vendor(s) as needs arise for supplying new furniture, performing repairs and routine maintenance, and handling all aspects of installation and re‑configuration. The contract runs for an initial year with up to two one‑year renewal options, and each individual task order may not exceed $250,000. Vendors must submit hourly labor rates (all‑inclusive) and demonstrate capability to manage logistics, debris removal, and compliance with New Jersey statutes and university policies.
• Supply, deliver, and install office, classroom, and residential furniture on an as‑needed basis.
• Perform repair, refurbishment, and preventative maintenance of existing furniture assets.
• Disassemble, re‑configure, and relocate furniture systems; handle all associated debris and disposal.
• Provide logistics support including off‑site staging, receipt inspection, and coordination with university electrical services.
• Submit all required statutory forms, insurance certificates, and a signed acknowledgment of Addendum 1 with the proposal.
