Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform pharmacy clean room hood testing and certification. The contractor will be responsible for providing media plates for gloved fingertip and media fill test kits, and all costs associated with this test should be included in the contract. The contractor's testing personnel should have 2 years of experience performing USP <797> and <800> work, and the person reviewing and signing the testing/certifications does not need to be the person on site performing the work.
• The contractor should provide dual plate incubation.
• The contractor should include analysis of the surface and air samples in CLIN 0006.
• The contractor should include all costs associated with the test in CLIN 0015.
• The contractor should provide media plates for gloved fingertip and media fill test kits.
• The contractor's testing personnel should have 2 years of experience performing USP <797> and <800> work.
