Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million, depending on the complexity of the system and the vendor's experience. The City is looking for a comprehensive solution that includes software development, implementation, and ongoing support, which could drive up the cost. However, the City's budget for the project is not explicitly stated in the RFP, so this estimate is based on industry standards for similar projects. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: • The complexity of the system and the level of customization required • The vendor's experience and reputation in providing similar solutions • The level of ongoing support and maintenance required • The City's budget for the project
