The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a full‑service janitorial contractor to clean its Central Office building (≈ 120,000 sq ft., five floors). Work includes daily cleaning of restrooms, waste removal, floor care, and surface sanitation; weekly tasks such as dusting and carpet care; and monthly/quarterly deep‑cleaning duties. The contract runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 Apr 2027 with up to two optional one‑year extensions.
