Cohesity Backup Storage

The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking a Cohesity authorized reseller for backup storage. The offeror must provide a quote that includes all applicable end user license agreements, contract terms and conditions, and terms used in sales to government agencies. The SAA will make one award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The key requirements for this opportunity include: • The offeror must be a Cohesity authorized reseller. • The offeror must provide a current statement from the OEM that they are authorized to sell the product to the Federal Government in the USA. • The offeror must provide Firm-Fixed-Prices on a F.O.B. Destination basis, net of shipping/handling charges. • The offeror must comply with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020.
