Custodial/Janitorial Services (Norfolk, VA)

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and janitorial services for the NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Headquarters Building. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform the required services. The services will include daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks such as cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, kitchen break areas, office areas, and common areas. The contractor will also be required to provide a quality control plan and perform periodic inspections to ensure the services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contract will be for a one-year base period with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods and an additional six-month extension. • The contractor must provide a sufficient number of trained and supervised personnel to perform the required services. • All personnel must be U.S. citizens and able to pass a background check for facility access. • The contractor is responsible for furnishing all cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment necessary to perform the work. • The contractor shall establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with this PWS.
