Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking a total‑small‑business set‑aside to provide a complete Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) solution for Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. The award will include all COTS hardware (video matrix switchers, encoders/decoders, network switches, audio processors, cameras, microphones, etc.), installation, integration with existing Crestron and Cisco infrastructure, user training, and warranty support. Offerors must submit a single “Lot” quote covering both equipment and installation services; partial deliveries or partial invoicing are not permitted. The solicitation is conducted under FAR Part 12 (commercial items) and will be awarded to the most advantageous offer based on price, technical capability, and past performance.
