Description
The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) is seeking a company to provide online exam administration services. The selected company will be responsible for administering approximately 2500 exams per year, with 30 exams, each being 125 questions long and ranging from 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes. The company must provide a platform that holds exam questions, ensure the integrity of the exam questions, and provide exam results to MDAR within 24 hours. The company must also provide training to MDAR on how to use the exam platform and ensure that the platform is accessible and meets the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
