Description
Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a qualified systems integrator to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials as its enterprise financial platform. The selected vendor will partner with CNB and Oracle to deliver a secure, scalable, compliant, and future-ready finance platform. The scope of work includes migrating two business units from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, implementing standard financial processes, and providing change management and training to CNB personnel. The vendor is expected to have deep expertise in PeopleSoft-to-Fusion migrations, Oracle Cloud Financials, and tribal enterprise accounting considerations.
Some key requirements include:
• Implementing Oracle Cloud in the United States with ~100 system users, 5+ integrations, 6+ PaaS extensions, 100+ reports, and 10+ Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
• Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying security for Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS modules
• Performing three cycles of data conversion and reconciliation prior to rollout
• Leading the transformation effort from Design through rollout
• Providing in-person attendance in Design workshops at 80% in-person and 20% virtual
