The Delaware Technical Community College (DTCC) Owens Campus is seeking a vendor to operate its cafeteria, coffee‑shop, and campus‑catering services for a five‑year term, with up to three optional one‑year extensions. The vendor must provide full‑service food operations—including menu development, diverse dietary options, staffing, equipment maintenance, and a point‑of‑sale system—while the college supplies the facility, utilities, and dumpster service. The contract allows for oral discussions, best‑and‑final offers, and potential multiple‑source awards, and requires monthly usage reporting and quarterly subcontractor diversity reporting.
