The State of California, through CalRecycle, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on‑site mobile shredding services at multiple CalRecycle facilities across the state. The contractor must supply truck‑mounted industrial shredders (minimum 4,000 lb/hr capacity) with backup units, deliver and service 95‑gallon shredding bins, and perform shredding of paper, cardboard, and electronic media without sorting, while ensuring chain‑of‑custody and proper disposal of shredded material at a certified recycling facility. The contract is a three‑year, fixed‑price agreement with a maximum ceiling of $33,500, and includes small‑business and DVBE participation preferences.
• Service locations include Sacramento HQ and six additional sites (West Sacramento, Riverside, San Diego, Cerritos, Clovis).
