Procurement of Applied Sciences CLassroom and Laboratory Equipment

The Nicholls State University is seeking bids for the procurement of applied sciences classroom and laboratory equipment. The university is looking for a vendor to provide the necessary equipment for its applied sciences programs. The bid must be submitted electronically, and the bidder must sign and date the bid form. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. • The bid must include all delivery charges paid by the vendor, F.O.B. Nicholls State University Destination. • The bid must be submitted on the forms provided, and the bidder must sign the bid in ink. • The university will evaluate the bids based on the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The contract will be awarded for a term of not more than 12 months, with the option to renew. • The bidder must certify that they are not suspended or debarred under federal or state laws or regulations. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance, which must include coverage for workers' compensation, general liability, and property damage.
