Description
The City of Columbus, Recreation and Parks Department, Golf Division is seeking bids for top dressing and bunker sand for the six City-operated golf courses. The bid price should reflect the material and delivery price per full truck load. The specifications for top dressing sand and bunker sand are provided, including particle size distribution, texture analysis, and other characteristics. The delivery addresses for the six golf courses are also listed, along with the approximate yearly quantities for top dressing sand and bunker sand.
• Top dressing sand specifications include a minimum of 60% coarse and medium sand combined, with limits on fine sand, very fine sand, silt, and clay.
