The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease office space for the Department of Early Education and Care. The space should be approximately 11,500 square feet, located in Boston within 1.25 miles of the Massachusetts State House and within 0.25 miles of public transportation. The lease term will be 10 years, with an expected occupancy date of January 2027.
