Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a Statewide Data Spine, which will serve as the foundational data infrastructure to integrate, standardize, and enable secure exchange of multi-source data across clinical, claims, community, workforce, and public health systems. This project aims to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing the data infrastructure. Key aspects of the project include:
• Integrating data from various sources
• Standardizing data formats
• Enabling secure data exchange
• Supporting the Rural Health Transformation Program
The vendor should have experience in data infrastructure development, integration, and management. They should also have a strong understanding of healthcare data systems and security protocols.
