Description
Fulton County is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide HVAC on-call maintenance services countywide. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, replacement parts, and related components to provide HVAC on-call maintenance services on an as-needed basis at Fulton County facilities. The scope of work includes providing HVAC systems maintenance and repair services, including air conditioning systems. The contract term will be from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027.
• The bidder must provide proof of professional licenses and certification in Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor, Boiler License, Class II, and Refrigerant License 608 issued by EPA.
• The bidder must have the appropriate and adequate technical experience necessary to perform the work.
• The bidder must have suitable financial means to meet obligations incidental to the work.
• The bidder must maintain a permanent place of business individually or in conjunction with the prime contractor.
