Consulting Services for Implementation and Migration of new ERP System

The City of Gallup, NM, is seeking a qualified consulting firm to act as an extension of its project team for a full‑scale implementation and migration to the Tyler Enterprise ERP system. The consultant will provide city‑side project management, implementation support, data readiness, testing coordination, organizational readiness, training, and post‑implementation support across multiple phased roll‑outs, beginning with financials and expanding to other functional areas. The engagement is a one‑time, fixed‑term contract covering the entire ERP lifecycle from initiation through stabilization. • Serve as City‑side project manager and liaison with Tyler Technologies. • Deliver data migration, validation, and cut‑over services while the legacy system remains operational. • Coordinate user‑acceptance testing, change‑management, and training for municipal staff. • Provide ongoing support through go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization. • Must have ≥5 years ERP implementation experience and ≥3 Tyler (or comparable) municipal ERP projects in the past 5 years.
