The Navajo Nation’s Food Distribution Program is seeking a qualified vendor to plan, staff, and execute a five‑day professional development workshop for 90 participants in late October 2025. The contractor must provide lodging, full‑service catering, conference rooms, audio‑visual equipment, on‑site IT support, and all related administrative documentation. The scope includes managing accommodation logistics (74 double rooms and 16 single rooms at a single nightly rate), delivering scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, a staff banquet dinner, and refreshments), furnishing and operating meeting spaces (general sessions, breakout rooms, registration area), and supplying AV/IT infrastructure throughout the event.
