Description
The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a vendor to provide event equipment rental services, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other related items. The selected vendor will be required to deliver, set up, and remove equipment for County-sponsored events. The contract is expected to be for a period of two years with the option for three one-year extensions. The vendor must provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and professional liability insurance.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services
• The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and linens
• The vendor must be able to deliver, set up, and remove equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• The vendor must be able to provide insurance coverage as required by the County
• The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and workers' compensation
