6835--Tampa Bulk Oxygen and Medical Gas

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide bulk oxygen and medical gas services to the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and its outlying clinics. The contractor will be responsible for providing bulk oxygen, medical gas cylinders, and related services, including delivery, installation, and maintenance. The contract will be for a period of 5 years. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to the distribution and delivery of medical-grade gases. • The contractor must provide bulk oxygen and medical gas cylinders to the hospital and its outlying clinics. • The contractor must deliver and install the bulk oxygen tank and medical gas cylinders. • The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services for the bulk oxygen tank and medical gas cylinders. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must provide documentation of their licenses and certifications. • The contractor must provide a plan for emergency deliveries and cylinder tracking.
