Description
The Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and support services for its Protective Distribution System (PDS). The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, licensing, and expertise necessary to maintain and support the existing CyberSecure IPS hardware and software infrastructure. This includes annual OEM license renewal, remote technical support, software maintenance, annual on-site preventive maintenance, and user training. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed at or above the standard defined in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods.
• The contractor must provide 24/7/365 remote help desk support and on-site technical support.
• The contractor must provide software maintenance and updates.
• The contractor must conduct annual on-site preventive maintenance visits.
• The contractor must provide user training and system updates.
• The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant security standards.
