Description
The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans seeks a qualified vendor to supply a range of custom‑branded promotional products on an as‑needed basis throughout 2026, with a 3–6‑week turnaround for each order. The vendor must provide clear color images, detailed product descriptions, per‑unit pricing, and be able to print artwork supplied by RTA’s marketing department on items such as bags, tags, pens, fans, and other giveaways. Physical samples may be requested if time permits, and the selected vendor will handle proof approvals, production, and delivery of the final items.
