Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualification of vendors for the purchase and delivery of ductile iron pipe and fittings under a term contract. The pre-qualified vendors will be invited to submit written quotes on an as-needed basis. The vendors must provide information about their capacity to provide the specified manufacturers' products and adhere to the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation. The County's user department will contact all pre-qualified vendors and invite them to present a written quote, which shall include the price offered for each item, product name and number, and delivery days. The vendors must also comply with the County's Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Ordinance, which sets forth the requirements for S/M/WBE participation.
