Description
Caltrans seeks a qualified contractor to replace four diesel dispensers and two gasoline dispensers, re‑coat three underground storage tanks, perform crack repairs, tank flushing, fuel‑control terminal repairs, grounding, vent re‑routing, and related compliance work across multiple maintenance stations in Kern, Fresno, and Tulare Counties. The work includes all labor, tools, equipment, travel, disposal, testing, CARB certification, and documentation. The contractor must hold a Class A General Engineering or C61/D40 license, be a certified Small Business (SB/MB/DVBE), and possess required ICC UST certifications.
• Replace 4 diesel and 2 gasoline fuel dispensers, including CARB testing.
• Re‑coat two 2,000‑gal tanks and one 6,000‑gal tank; perform crack repairs and internal cleaning.
• Provide grounding, vent modifications, electrical/communication repairs, and complete documentation for regulatory compliance.
