The Superior Court of Kern County is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and support Pure Storage hardware for three enterprise‑class storage arrays. The contract includes the provision of 24‑hour support subscriptions, controller upgrades, and one‑time installation services, with a three‑year term and annual purchase orders. The scope requires the vendor to be an authorized Pure Storage reseller, hold a California seller’s permit, and comply with all contractual, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Supply three Pure Storage arrays with associated hardware, controllers, and 24‑hour support subscriptions (36 units per array).
