Description
The City of College Park is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive event planning and video production services for City-sponsored events. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing a range of public events while also delivering high-quality video content for live broadcast, post-event coverage, and promotional use. The scope of work includes event planning and management, creative development, video production services, technical support, and post-event services. The contract will be for a two-year period with the option to renew the contract for additional one-year terms.
