Description
The State of Alabama is seeking an authorized HP Poly supplier to provide a full range of telephony hardware (headsets, conference phones, business phones, video‑conferencing equipment) and related software and support services to all state agencies, local governments and public schools. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery‑term, 12‑month base period with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder based on percent discount off MSRP for each line item. The supplier must submit OEM authorization, embed freight in unit prices, accept electronic payments, and remit a 2 % administrative fee quarterly.
• Provide HP Poly‑branded telephony hardware, accessories, software, and on‑site technical support across Alabama.
• Submit a full‑line price discount grid (percentage off catalog price) for every line item; the lowest discount wins per weighted category.
• Maintain OEM authorization, integrate freight into prices, and comply with quarterly reporting and a 2 % administrative fee remittance.
