B--Non-Personal Services RNA Sequencing

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking non-personal services for RNA sequencing. The solicitation is amended to provide responses to received inquiries via Attachment 3 - RFI Tracker - RNA dated 04/22/2026. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The project involves RNA sequencing data and analyses. • The contractor will be required to provide RNA sequencing services. • The solicitation includes a statement of work, wage determination, and RFI tracker. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended.
