Emergency Extension Notice Phone Maintenance

The State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) is seeking to extend an emergency contract with Ficek Electric & Communications Systems, Inc. for the provision of analog phone parts and maintenance for state departments, including the Department of Corrections and Department of Human Services. The contract extension is due to the lack of responsive bids in a previous solicitation and the need to maintain operational continuity. The scope of work includes providing parts and maintenance for legacy telephone systems still in use across the state.
