The contractor will pick up cash bags between 12 PM and 4 PM, deliver them to designated banks, obtain validated deposit slips, and return those slips to the originating offices by the next business day. All activities must be performed through public entrances; no access to secure areas or badge entry is permitted, and route changes require prior written approval.
