MICROSOFT SOFTWARE AND CLOUD RESALE SERVICES

The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking a reseller to provide Microsoft software and cloud resale services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend for an additional 5 years. The reseller will be required to provide Microsoft IaaS and PaaS service types and offerings, as well as SaaS service types or offerings, and other Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) products. The reseller will also be required to provide associated support services. • The reseller must have experience in providing Microsoft CSP products and services. • The reseller must have a strong understanding of WaTech's requirements and be able to provide tailored solutions. • The reseller must be able to provide excellent customer service and support. • The reseller must be able to provide competitive pricing and flexible contract terms. • The reseller must be able to provide a comprehensive suite of Microsoft CSP products and services. • The reseller must be able to provide a high level of security and compliance with WaTech's requirements.
