Description
The VA Black Hills Health Care System (VABHHCS), Hot Springs Campus in Hot Springs, South Dakota is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete Project 568A4-26-SL001 Fire System Maintenance FY26 A. The work includes repairing various components of the fire suppression & safety systems at the VABHHCS, Hot Springs Campus, in accordance with the contract documents. The period of performance for this work is 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including all lead times on equipment and materials.
• The NAICS code for this project is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning, with a Size Standard of $19.0M.
• The Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000.00.
• Bonding is not anticipated to be required, unless the quote is over $35,000.
• The Government anticipates issuing a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ) in July 2026 and awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
