Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking bids for Residential Reentry Services located within the city limits of Charlotte, NC, and Home Confinement services within 200 miles of the RRC facility. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide RRC in-house services and Home Confinement services, including offender accountability programs, programs to assist offenders in reentering the community, and community relations programs. The contractor will also be required to provide a facility that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work and to ensure operational availability within 120 days after contract award.
• The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
