RFI - Managed Print Services

The State of Washington is seeking input from the business community for a new statewide Managed Print Services contract. The contract will include features such as Follow-Me print capabilities, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, and compatibility with the RightFax enterprise fax server. The state is looking for information on various aspects of Managed Print Services, including Follow-Me print software solutions, security features, SSO integration, and cloud-based print management. • The contract will be for Managed Print Services by State Agencies and qualifying organizations who have signed the Contracts Usage Agreement (CUA). • The state is seeking information on the ability of vendors to provide a range of services, including print management, security, and compliance. • The state is also interested in learning about the industry and gathering advice on the solicitation. • Responses to the RFI should be submitted electronically to the RFI Coordinator by January 20th, 2026, 5:00 pm PST.
