Description
The Bend Park and Recreation District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide portable restrooms and related services for its parks, trails, facilities, and special events. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering, placing, cleaning, maintaining, and removing portable restrooms, as well as providing customer service and responding to vandalism and damage. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and will run for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The contractor must have experience providing portable restrooms and similar services to customers.
• The contractor must provide a schedule for cleaning and maintenance services, as well as labor, chemicals, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
• The contractor must have a minimum response time of two hours for cleaning, maintenance, and restroom replacement.
• The contractor must provide customer service staff available Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• The contractor must track all portable restrooms assigned to special events and be responsible for their delivery, cleaning, and pickup.
