The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) to provide onsite transcription services for the Tribal Interior Budget Council (TIBC) meeting in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, during November 19‑20, 2026. The contractor must capture verbatim transcripts, clean them up to a professional standard, ensure 508‑compliance, and deliver the final PDF within 15‑20 business days after the event.
