The City of Baltimore is soliciting sealed bids for an urgent water‑infrastructure rehabilitation project (Contract No. 1462) in FY27. The scope includes repair and replacement of water mains, installation of ductile‑iron pipe, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, meter vaults, sidewalk and curb restoration, roadway paving, and erosion‑control measures. Bidders must be pre‑qualified under the city’s Contractors Qualification Committee (Category B02551 – Water Mains) and meet an MBE participation goal of 13 %. Bid documents are available for purchase/examination beginning August 21 2026; a virtual pre‑bid conference will be held on August 28 2026.
