The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a single qualified vendor to fully operate food‑service operations for its Community Corrections Center. The scope includes off‑site meal production, storage, transport, and on‑site service of three hot meals per day plus a cold “sack‑lunch,” compliance with strict nutritional standards (2,200‑2,800 kcal, ≤ 2,300 mg sodium, zero trans‑fat, etc.), provision of therapeutic, religious, and holiday menus, staffing a full‑time Food Service Director and a registered dietitian, managing all kitchen equipment and disposable supplies, and maintaining a comprehensive quality‑control program with regular reporting.
