Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) to provide courier services in Fresno County, CA. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and delivering mail and packages to various Caltrans locations. The services will be performed five days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding state-observed holidays. The contractor must have a valid California Driver's License and a Motor Carrier Permit issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The contract is estimated to commence on April 1, 2026, and expire on March 31, 2028.
• The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and vehicles necessary to perform the services.
